Millions of Arizonans count on the healthcare safety net when they are injured or become ill. The familiar     has become a beacon of hope to all who see it.  But the promise of help is at risk.

Recent budget cuts approved by the Arizona State Legislature and signed by Gov. Jan Brewer could threaten the state's healthcare safety net.  If funding for hospitals, doctors and nurses is not restored, the healthcare system on which all Arizonans depend could be hurt beyond repair. For as we all know, SOME CUTS DON'T HEAL.
